Garbage service is done in the Village of Putnam on Mondays. Residents who would like garbage service should contact our office to set up service. The rate is $17.00 per month. Each residence is billed on an individual basis. There is a limit of four 32-gallon cans or bags with a maximum weight of 40 pounds that can be removed each week. No recycling service or yard waste service is offered.
