Waste removal services are done on Mondays in the Village of Mineral.

The Village of Mineral has a recycling center where items such as newspapers, aluminum, tin, glass, plastics, magazines and cardboard can be placed to be recycled. Residents of Mineral are billed on their water bills.

Every 32-gallon can or bag that is left out for curbside pickup must have a garbage sticker attached.
The Village of Mineral has a spring clean up day, which enables residents to have larger items removed with a date and location to be announced.
